Nipo offers optional in-app purchases of virtual currency ("Coins") to unlock advanced features and content. All in-app purchase transactions are processed through Apple's App Store payment system.
We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment card details, credit card numbers, or other financial information. Apple handles the entire payment process in accordance with its own privacy policy and terms of service.
In-app purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Coin purchases are consumable and do not carry any real-world monetary value outside of the App.
All user-generated content and progress data are stored locally on your device. We employ industry-standard security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If you choose to uninstall the Nipo App, all locally stored data on your device will be removed along with the application. Please ensure you have backed up any important content before uninstalling.
The Nipo App does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not share your personal information with any third parties for marketing purposes.
The App uses Apple's StoreKit framework for processing in-app purchases. By making a purchase, you agree to Apple's terms and privacy policies in addition to this Privacy Policy.
We do not use any web-based tracking mechanisms such as cookies, pixels, or device fingerprinting within the App.
The Nipo App is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information as soon as possible.
